
{"id":1815,"date":"2023-04-03T12:04:04","date_gmt":"2023-04-03T09:04:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/haberv8.thewpdemo.com\/test-kavgasi-1815.html"},"modified":"2023-04-03T12:04:04","modified_gmt":"2023-04-03T09:04:04","slug":"test-kavgasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/8981281.demo.tk\/?p=1815","title":{"rendered":"Test kavgas\u0131:"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>6 \u015eubat&#8217;ta ya\u015fanan deprem felaketinin ard\u0131ndan vatanda\u015flar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 binan\u0131n depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle uzmanlar\u0131n &#8220;\u0130stanbul&#8217;da 7 \u00fczeri deprem bekliyoruz&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan vatanda\u015flar yap\u0131 denetim merkezlerine ak\u0131n ediyor. \u015eehirde ba\u015flayan yap\u0131 denetimleriyle birlikte \u00f6zellikle <strong>1999 \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131lan<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok bina i\u00e7in riskli raporunun \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, apartmanlarda yeni bir kavgan\u0131n fitilini de ate\u015fledi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc resmi yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemelerin ard\u0131ndan e\u011fer bina hasarl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karsa <strong>60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde binan\u0131n tahliye edilmesi <\/strong>gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle baz\u0131 apartman sakinleri binalar\u0131n\u0131 resmi olmayan yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131na kontrol ettiriyor. Bu denetimlerde de<strong> binan\u0131n hasarl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde tahliye zorunlulu\u011fu<\/strong> ortadan kalk\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte kavga da tam bu noktada ba\u015fl\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc baz\u0131 apartman sakinleri binan\u0131n hasarl\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeniyle tahliye edilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtirken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da bo\u015faltmak istemiyor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 204, 0);\" data-mce-style=\"background-color: #ffcc00;\"><strong>Y\u00d6NET\u0130C\u0130 RAPORU SAKLADI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bu konuda bir \u00f6rnek Okmeydan\u0131&#8217;nda bir apartmanda ya\u015fand\u0131.\u00a0Sabah gazetesinden Bet\u00fcl Alakent&#8217;in haberine g\u00f6re; 1999 \u00f6ncesinde yap\u0131lan yap\u0131da 2001&#8217;de yap\u0131lan denetimin ard\u0131ndan binan\u0131n riskli oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde rapor \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ancak bu rapor y\u00f6netim taraf\u0131ndan bina sakinlerinden sakland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sabah&#8217;\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re, 6 \u015eubat depreminin ard\u0131ndan binada ya\u015fayan maliklerin yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme talep etmesiyle gizli rapor ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Binada ya\u015fayan bir vatanda\u015f, &#8220;Biz uzunca bir s\u00fcre zorlad\u0131ktan sonra rapora ula\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Bina riskli kategorisinde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bunun bizden saklanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na inanamad\u0131k. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc raporu saklayan y\u00f6netici de ayn\u0131 binada ya\u015f\u0131yor. Y\u00f6netici &#8216;Bu ortamda insanlar kiral\u0131k ev bulmakta zorlan\u0131r&#8217; gerek\u00e7esiyle raporu payla\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;K\u0130RA GEL\u0130R\u0130MDEN OLURUM&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Benzer bir \u00f6rnek de Mecidiyek\u00f6y&#8217;deki bir apartmanda ya\u015fand\u0131. Burada kirac\u0131 olan bir vatanda\u015f, apartmanda ya\u015fanan tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle anlatt\u0131: &#8220;Binan\u0131n temeli 90&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llarda at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ancak tamamlanmas\u0131 2000 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 bulmu\u015f. 1999 sonras\u0131 oldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle binan\u0131n sa\u011flam oldu\u011funu iddia ediyorlard\u0131. Biz birka\u00e7 kirac\u0131 binaya bak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedik.<\/p>\n<p>Buradaki 3 dairesinden kira geliri elde eden m\u00fclk sahibi bize &#8216;E\u011fer y\u0131k\u0131m karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karsa ben kira gelirimden olurum&#8217; dedi. Kendi apartmanda oturmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in binan\u0131n sa\u011flam olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 umurunda de\u011fil. Kendisiyle tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Biz binan\u0131n mutlaka resmi yap\u0131 denetim firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan incelenmesini istiyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAYIT ANINDA TAPUYA D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm Giri\u015fimci Emlak M\u00fc\u015favirleri Derne\u011fi (T\u00dcGEM) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Akdo\u011fan, bu t\u00fcr tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Akdo\u011fan, &#8220;Resmi yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan<strong> &#8216;deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun de\u011fildir&#8217; raporu \u00e7\u0131karsa bu an\u0131nda tapuya da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor<\/strong>. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca m\u00fclk sahibi binay\u0131 satam\u0131yor ve 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde tahliye etmesi gerekiyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Devletin riskli binaya 3.500 TL kira deste\u011fi verdi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Akdo\u011fan, &#8220;&#8216;Kiralar y\u00fcksek, m\u00fclk sahibi &#8217;10 bin TL \u00f6deyemem&#8217; diyor.
